The event was held on the 5th of May, 2015 in the school, Preston International School which is located along the Akure-Owo Road, Akure, Ondo State. It was graced by the father of the Incoming President and some of the Parents and Siblings of the Outgoing Prefects as well as some parents of the Incoming Prefects

Before they were given their respective posts, they were taken to The Sea School Island in Lagos state to receive rigorous and intense leadership training along with other Schools from across the nation. While they were receiving their training , some of the students from Preston International School received certificates of Merits
